Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
• Proven experience leading a QA automation team or significant projects.
• Expertise in programming languages commonly used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with API testing tools and automation (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks.
