Placements24 is seeking a Remote Lead Project Manager to guide the PMO and oversee strategic initiatives from anywhere in the country. The role drives project delivery excellence, mentors project managers, and enforces standard practices across all projects in a fully remote setting.

The successful candidate will shape project execution, foster a culture of high performance, and contribute to the organization's long-term vision through effective leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications are mandatory.
• Proven experience leading remote, diverse project teams on large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of project managers.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple complex projects.
• Establish standardized project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans and status reports.
• Identify, assess and manage risks and issues with timely mitigation.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication of objectives.
