Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 9-12 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on global operations and supply chain management. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex, and geographically dispersed projects. Expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and international logistics. PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Slack, Zoom).
