Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for e-commerce/digital products.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex digital products.
• Strong UX, design thinking, and agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform based on market analysis, customer feedback and business goals.
• Translate strategy into detailed product specs, user stories, and requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize features and backlog by business value, user needs and feasibility.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations to ensure successful development and launches.
• Define and track KPIs for product success, monitoring engagement, conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the process.
• Facilitate remote team communication across time zones.
• Iterate on the product based on data, feedback and A/B tests.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, monitoring user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
• Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development process.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Continuously iterate on the product based on data analysis, user feedback, and A/B testing results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on e-commerce platforms and digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex digital products from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, design thinking, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote role.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience working in a fully remote team environment is highly preferred.
