Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of automated machinery, robotic systems, and custom production equipment.
• Translate customer requirements and process needs into detailed mechanical design specifications and concepts.
• Utilize CAD software for 3D modeling, drawings, and assemblies.
• Perform engineering analyses including motion control, structural integrity, and performance simulations.
• Oversee selection and integration of mechanical components, actuators, sensors, and control systems.
• Develop and execute test plans for automated systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and software engineers in a virtual environment.
