You will lead a remote team of geoscientists, collaborate with reservoir and drilling engineers, and contribute to strategic exploration planning while staying at the forefront of geoscience technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or a related Earth Science discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant exploration geoscience experience.
• Extensive seismic interpretation, structural geology, and stratigraphy expertise.
• Proficient in leading geoscience interpretation software (Petrel, Kingdom Suite, HampsonRussell).
• Strong track record in identifying and maturing exploration prospects.
• Excellent communication and leadership for remote team management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the geological and geophysical interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data
• Integrate and interpret well log, core, and other subsurface data to build comprehensive models

• Conduct basin analysis and contribute to petroleum systems understanding
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, geophysicists) to optimize subsurface characterization
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level geoscientists in interpretation techniques and workflows

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or a related Earth Science discipline

• Extensive experience in seismic interpretation, structural geology, and stratigraphy
• Proficiency in leading geoscience interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite, HampsonRussell)

• Strong understanding of geological concepts, basin analysis, and petroleum systems
