Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in electrical control systems engineering, with ≥3 years in leadership.
- Expertise in PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong knowledge of Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP.
- Robotic system integration and motion control experience.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams remotely.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical control systems, including PLC/DCS programming, HMI design, and motion control.
- Define system architecture, select hardware/software components, and create detailed electrical schematics.
- Mentor a team of electrical control systems engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Oversee integration with SCADA and MES and ensure seamless software collaboration.
- Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols for control systems.
