Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 8+ years in electrical controls engineering with 3+ years in a lead role.
- Experience with PLC/HMI platforms and industrial automation.
- Strong leadership and remote mentoring能力.
- Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of electrical control systems for complex machinery.
- Architect scalable PLC/HMI solutions, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide a team of electrical controls engineers.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams for system integration.
- Define electrical design standards and documentation requirements.
- Oversee selection of PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and safety devices.
- Provide remote expert support and conduct risk assessments per standards.
