About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and innovative construction firm, is looking for an experienced Remote Construction Site Supervisor to join their expanding team. This fully remote position will leverage advanced communication and project management tools to oversee construction sites across various locations, with an initial focus on projects in the vicinity of Stellenbosch, Western Cape . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring progress remotely through digital platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong technical background in construction, comfortable working independently and coordinating with on-site teams via technology. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to on-site construction teams and foremen.

Requirements
