The role emphasizes mentoring, technical leadership, and collaboration with PMs and architects. Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, PrEng registration with ECSA, and 8+ years of experience in civil design, with strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PrEng registration with ECSA is essential.
• ≥8 years of civil design engineering experience with leadership.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of civil design engineers and technicians.
• Oversee detailed civil designs, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure design quality, constructability and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and other disciplines.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to resolve design challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in civil design technology.
