Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive chemical engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale chemical projects.
• PMP certification and Pr.Eng registration preferred.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership and remote team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead chemical engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, resources, and schedule.
• Oversee design, development and implementation of processes.
• Manage budgets and ensure on-time milestone delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors and clients.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution.
