The role requires a Master’s in Architecture with BIM specialization, at least 8 years in architecture and 5 years in BIM, with strong Revit/Navisworks skills and leadership for remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with BIM specialization.
• 8+ years architectural experience with 5+ years BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with BIM 360 or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and drive remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards.
• Lead BIM process for complex projects ensuring model integrity and data accuracy.
• Coordinate BIM models with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support on BIM software and workflows.
