Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in backend development with leadership experience.
• Expertise in one or more backend languages: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
