Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend systems and APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in backend software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable microservices architectures.
• Expertise in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
