Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer , with at least (X) years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Expertise in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including design and optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting.
