Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a remote team of automotive software engineers.
- Architect, design, and implement embedded software for control units.
- Define coding standards, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and product managers to specify requirements.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests.
- Oversee integration with CAN, LIN, Ethernet networks.
- Troubleshoot defects and performance issues.
- Improve SDLC and tooling; stay current with automotive tech trends.
