Placements24 is seeking a Lead Architectural Designer for a global hospitality practice operating on a remote-first basis. You will lead the design vision and execution for hotels, resorts, and F&B projects worldwide, working from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in luxury hospitality design, a Master’s in Architecture, and proven remote leadership. You will mentor teams, deliver concept through documentation, and collaborate with clients and consultants across time zones.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive design experience with luxury hospitality focus.
• Award-winning hospitality design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and visualization tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Strong leadership and remote-team management skills.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of international hospitality design trends and standards.
• Experience in project management and client relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead conceptualization and development of designs for luxury hospitality projects.
• Direct and mentor a remote team of designers and technicians.
• Oversee design process from concept to documentation.
