The ideal candidate has 12+ years in luxury hospitality design, a Master’s in Architecture, and proven remote leadership. You will mentor teams, deliver concept through documentation, and collaborate with clients and consultants across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire design process from concept generation through detailed documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand standards. Develop high-quality design presentations, renderings, and models for client review and approval. Ensure design compliance with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability principles. Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and to exceptional standards. Stay at the forefront of global hospitality design trends, materials, and technologies. Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant specialization in luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, high-end F&B).
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing award-winning hospitality design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and advanced visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading remote teams.
