Placements24 seeks a Lead Architect for a fully remote senior position, overseeing design direction from concept to completion. Based around Stellenbosch, you will mentor a distributed team of architects and designers, driving architectural ambition with autonomy and high technical standards.

The role requires a Master of Architecture and a track record of leading complex projects, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools, plus strong leadership and client management skills.

Competenze

• Master of Architecture degree or equivalent with professional licensure in relevant jurisdictions.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
• Strong command of industry-standard software including Revit and AutoCAD, plus advanced visualization tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
