You will lead luxury hospitality design for hotels, resorts, and high-end destinations, guiding concepts to detailed plans from anywhere in the country.

The role requires a Master of Architecture and at least 10 years in luxury hospitality, with SACAP or international accreditation.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on luxury hospitality projects.
• SACAP registration or equivalent international professional accreditation is essential.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for luxury hospitality projects globally, from concept to completion.
• Develop innovative and aesthetically refined design solutions that align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate effectively with remote international teams, including clients, interior designers, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure designs comply with international building codes, accessibility standards, and local regulations where applicable.
• Conduct virtual site visits and assessments as needed.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote work environment.
