Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Design Manager to lead the design development of luxury residential projects worldwide. You will guide international architectural and interior design teams, develop design briefs, and ensure cohesive, high-quality outcomes across markets.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 8+ years of design-management experience, including managing remote teams, and a strong portfolio of luxury residential work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of design-management experience in high-end residential projects.
• Proven experience leading international projects and remote teams.
• Strong portfolio of luxury residential design work.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development process for global residential projects.
• Collaborate with and coordinate international architectural and interior design teams.
• Develop design briefs, conceptual designs, and detailed design documentation.
• Ensure designs are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and brand standards.
• Review and approve design submissions, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Stay informed about global design trends, materials, and technologies in residential development.
• Facilitate remote design review meetings and workshops.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless design integration.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
• Manage the design consultants' scope of work and deliverables.
