You will work under senior system administrators, gaining practical experience supporting distributed global operations, with mentorship and opportunities to transition to a full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux basics.
• Willingness to learn cybersecurity basics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Scripting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (Windows and Linux).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime.
• Support end-users remotely with IT-related problems.
• Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data.
• Assist in managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Participate in backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Contribute to cloud platform administration (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues timely.
• Stay abreast of system administration advancements.
