Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst based in South Africa for a remote contract role focused on Windows Server and infrastructure support. You will manage server builds, migrations, application mapping, and documentation while coordinating with project services and operations.

Strong written and verbal communication and solid documentation skills are essential. This position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments and opportunities to contribute to infrastructure

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data center or IT infrastructure migrations is an advantage.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation.
• Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis to support project planning and execution.
• Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components, configurations, and project activities.
• Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities where applicable.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation throughout project delivery.
• Communicate technical information, project updates, issues, and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
