Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Clerk to manage inventory records and support remote warehouse operations from East London. You will update WMS data, process stock movements, and generate reports with high accuracy, while coordinating with teams across logistics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse, inventory control or admin role.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office, esp. Excel.
• Experience with inventory management software or WMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Process stock receipts, dispatches and internal stock transfers.
• Conduct regular checks of inventory records vs. physical stock.
• Investigate discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements and aging stock.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse records.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management about stock levels.
• Support receiving and dispatch teams with admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy in all data entry and record-keeping for East London warehouse.
