Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or patient support.
• Experience handling high-volume calls in relevant environments.
• Ability to think quickly and propose solutions on the spot.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, appointments, follow-ups, and services.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify problems quickly and find practical solutions on the spot.
• Follow up with patients to ensure needs are addressed and next steps are clear.
• Manage multiple patient cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate patient information, notes, and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and ensure timely resolution.
