Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to drive new business and retain clients for motor and household insurance. You will provide expert guidance, tailor solutions, and manage a remote client pipeline with a focus on exceeding targets.

The role requires a matriculation certificate; RE1/RE5 qualifications are a plus and a proven sales background in insurance. Occasional in-person meetings in North West may be required.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in insurance preferred.
• Need for understanding motor and household insurance products.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients for motor and household insurance.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring retention.
• Handle client inquiries and provide ongoing support and advice.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
