360 Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Recruitment Account Manager to join a growing specialist firm serving the Australian market. Based remotely in South Africa, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for insurance professionals and build lasting client and candidate relationships.

The role offers independent contractor arrangements, opportunities to earn commission, and flexible hours aligned with Australian business times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment position handling both clients and candidates.
• Recruitment experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong client relationship management with decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Advanced candidate sourcing, interviewing and qualification skills.
• Commercially focused, autonomous and productive.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.
• Flexibility for after-hours discussions when needed.
• Ability to engage candidates and provide career guidance.
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for ongoing success.
• Consult with clients to understand hiring requirements and culture.
• Identify suitable insurance professionals via LinkedIn and recruitment databases.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews assessing qualifications and fit.
• Present shortlists with clear recommendations to clients.
• Provide opportunities and guidance to candidates for career decisions.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers; support onboarding.
• Identify new clients and generate additional recruitment business.
• Meet recruitment activity, placement, and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment system.
