Employmate Limited is seeking an experienced Insurance Recruitment and Client Solutions Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment for the Australian market. The role is remote from South Africa, with independent contractor status and Australian business hours.

Formación

• Must have proven 360 recruitment experience including client management and candidate recruitment.
• Experience recruiting specifically within the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to source, screen, interview and qualify candidates.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours and outside standard hours when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Consult with clients to understand recruitment requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively engage insurance professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate feedback, and negotiate offers.
