Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Insurance Policy Administrator to join the team and support accurate administration of insurance policies from anywhere in South Africa. This role covers new business processing, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with a focus on client service and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a solid administrative background, proficiency in insurance software, and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless policy operations and timely responses to brokers

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance policy administration or similar administrative roles.
• Proficiency with insurance administration software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy structures and terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process new policy applications accurately and efficiently.
• Manage endorsements, amendments, and updates per client instructions.
• Handle renewals with timely communication and accurate premium calculations.
• Process cancellations and refunds in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to client and broker inquiries regarding policy details and status.
• Maintain organized policy records in the administration system.
