Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and assessment design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials using adult learning principles and multimedia technologies.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify learning needs and define project scope.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Utilize authoring tools and LMS platforms to build and deploy course content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
