Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely project completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on installation progress.
• Liaise with field teams, confirm schedules, scope of work, and site preparations.
• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and completion reports.
• Prepare installation kits and ensure materials and equipment are dispatched to site locations.
• Monitor timelines and mitigate risks or delays proactively.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, installation teams, and internal departments.
• Process installation paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve logistical or administrative issues that arise during installation.
