You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, deliver remote training sessions to client staff, and create comprehensive technical documentation, including guides and knowledge-base articles, while benefiting from full remote work and flexible hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support, system administration, or installation engineering with remote component.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues remotely.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with installation & maintenance best practices for enterprise systems.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a significant advantage.

You will provide comprehensive support, from initial installation and configuration to troubleshooting complex technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively in a virtual setting.
