Placements24 is seeking an experienced Information Security Architect for a fully remote, high-impact role. You will design secure enterprise architectures, set standards, and guide cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP while aligning with regulatory requirements.

With 8+ years in information security and a strong background in threat modeling, cryptography, and security frameworks, you will lead cross-functional teams and translate complex needs into scalable designs in a remote-first

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of information security experience with a focus on security architecture.
• Expertise in network, application, cloud security, and cryptography; familiar with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills; able to lead complex security projects.

Aufgaben

• Design and oversee the implementation of secure enterprise-wide architectures.
• Develop and maintain security blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on security best practices for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Conduct security reviews of new systems, applications, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage the information security roadmap.
• Lead architectural aspects of security incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with IT operations, development teams, and business stakeholders remotely.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
• Ensure security architecture supports compliance with regulatory requirements.
