Job summary

Pomelo is seeking a rockstar Influencer Manager to join our remote-enabled team. You will focus on managing talent relationships, handling client expectations, and responding to inbound messages and opportunities.

This hands-on role requires sourcing creators, coordinating briefs and timelines, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across time zones, including US Pacific Time. You will track performance metrics and build long-term creator partnerships to scale collaborations with top brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends.
• Proficient in outreach, contract management, and creator relationship management.
• Experience with influencer or affiliate tools (GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs).
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
• Willingness to work US Pacific Time and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience.
• Manage day-to-day creator communications; coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Track engagement, content usage, and campaign performance; report learnings to Brand team.
