The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial plant operations with automation and strong remote communication skills. You will analyze data, guide on-site teams remotely, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial plant operations with automation focus.
• Proficient in SCADA, DCS and HMI for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret real-time data.
• Excellent remote communication and ability to guide on-site teams remotely.
• Experience with cybersecurity concepts for industrial networks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor plant operations and control systems using SCADA and monitoring platforms.
• Analyze real-time data to identify anomalies and inefficiencies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot remote automation and control issues.
