Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Industrial Engineer to contribute to operational strategy from anywhere. You will analyze and optimize complex systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality across diverse business units.

The role requires independent work with virtual teams, development of SOPs, and use of data-driven methods and simulation tools to test improvements before deployment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an Industrial Engineer focused on process analysis and optimization.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with Python, R, Excel for data analysis and process modeling.
• Strong remote-work capabilities and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies.
• Design data-driven process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Develop and document SOPs for remote implementation.
• Collaborate with virtual teams across departments and time zones.
