Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Expertise in supply chain modeling, network design, and optimization software.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, R, Tableau, SQL).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and transportation logistics.
• Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of optimized supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop and manage complex network models to improve distribution, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain operations and report to senior management.
• Oversee inventory management strategies to balance stock levels and costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations and sales to align activities with business goals.
• Mentor a remote team of industrial engineers and provide technical feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in SCM and industrial engineering.
