About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Industrial Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements across various operational facets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in applying industrial engineering principles to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new or modified layouts, equipment, and processes to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for remote implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed engineering projects and process changes.
• Utilize simulation software and data analytics tools to model, test, and validate process improvements before full-scale deployment.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and management, to align on project goals and ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as an Industrial Engineer , with a strong emphasis on process optimization and system design.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders via virtual channels.
