Yo Ai Labs is seeking an Industrial Engineering Analyst to join a fully remote team focused on optimizing operational efficiency across business units. You will collect and analyze data, identify trends, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decisions, supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial engineering, data analysis, or operations support role.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track KPIs for operational processes.
• Assist in the identification of process bottlenecks and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Support the implementation of process improvements by providing analytical insights and data validation.
• Collaborate with other engineers and team members remotely to understand operational challenges and requirements.
• Prepare presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
