Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience focusing on indirect materials and services.
• Proven sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management能力.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers meeting quality, cost, and ethical standards.
• Conduct negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance with regular reviews and issue resolution.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders with accuracy and compliance to policies.
