Job summary

Toptal, the global remote talent network, is hiring a Client Advisor to turn inbound interest from small- and medium-sized businesses into Toptal clients. You will be the first conversation a prospective client has with Toptal, respond to requests within minutes, and connect the right specialists to move the sale forward.

You will manage a high volume of conversations, build trust, diagnose needs, and articulate Toptal’s value across our portfolio—talent, HireGlobal payroll, and other services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert inbound opportunities to paying customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full availability during working hours.
• Thrives in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy, open-ended discovery on every inbound conversation.
• Identify drivers and move opportunities to close with clear metrics.
• Provide clear account summaries to specialists after calls and prep for next steps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain pipeline data in the CRM and track progress.
