Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Full availability during working hours to take client calls.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy, open-ended discovery on every inbound conversation.
• Identify drive behind client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through close and maintain CRM data.
• Coordinate with specialists to tailor Toptal offerings to client needs.
• Maintain engagement with clients through post-call stages and next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond quickly to inquiries.
• Review and learn from conversations to improve performance.
