Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers at scale.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Full availability during working hours to take client calls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company with high client volume.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy discovery on every inbound conversation to understand the client need.
• Qualify, manage, and win the opportunity through the sales cycle.
• Provide clear account handoffs to specialists and prep them for next conversations.
• Position Toptal offerings as strategic partners across global hiring, EOR, and payroll services.
• Maintain client engagement across multiple stages and blockers until close.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond promptly to inquiries.
