Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Lead Hygiene Operations Specialist to shape hygiene standards across a global client portfolio, with focus on East London, Eastern Cape. This senior role requires strategic thinking, remote team leadership, and implementation of cutting-edge hygiene protocols.

You will oversee remote teams, develop risk assessment frameworks, and drive compliance with international hygiene standards while enabling innovative and sustainable practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 8+ years in hygiene management, operations and leadership with strategic planning focus.
• Experience leading remote or dispersed teams; knowledge of HACCP/ISO standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of global hygiene programs.
• Mentor remote hygiene operations staff for service excellence.
• Develop risk assessment frameworks to mitigate hygiene threats.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor hygiene solutions to regulatory needs.
