Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC problems including refrigerant cycles and airflow.
• Proficient with remote diagnostics, video conferencing, and digital communication.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Guide field technicians remotely through complex procedures.
