Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read and understand complex technical diagrams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission a wide range of HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, and air conditioning units, adhering strictly to design specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnostic testing, and troubleshooting on complex HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct emergency repairs on malfunctioning systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and restoring systems to full functionality promptly.
• Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to accurately perform installations and repairs.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory logs, and client interaction records using company-provided digital tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to schedule work, provide technical insights, and ensure project completion within deadlines.

• Relevant trade certifications (e.g., NTC, Trade Certificate) are highly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in various site conditions.
