Placements24 is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations remotely. This strategic role oversees talent management, performance, compensation and benefits, and compliance for a distributed workforce.

You will shape HR strategies aligned with business goals and foster a strong, inclusive culture across geographies. The ideal candidate has a Master's in HR, 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 in management, and deep knowledge of SA labour law.
