Job summary

OLIVER South Africa’s People Internship Programme offers a 12‑month experience across People functions within a fast‑paced, creative marketing environment in Johannesburg. You will work closely with the People team, gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, learning and development, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate basic reports.
• Provide general People administration support across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with employment contracts and documentation.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement.
