Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in HR, including 3+ in management, and a proven ability to lead HR operations remotely with strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 in a management role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading HR in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
