Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support for a distributed workforce. This fully remote role involves advising employees and managers on employee relations, performance, talent development, and HR policy interpretation to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with advisory or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of South African employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations cases.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and HR policies.
• Partner with management to address performance management challenges and develop talent.
• Advise on organizational design and change management initiatives in a remote context.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update policies as needed.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for a remote workforce.
